As a member of the Ontario Maple Syrup Producers Association (OMSPA), I participated at the Maple Education Booth at the 2005 IPM (International Plowing Match). This was an opportunity to educate the public by answering questions and sharing information regarding Maple Syrup. The first day of the IPM, there were approximately 1,000 students through the Education Tent. Overall, there were approximately 100,000 visitors to the IPM.   |
